Service content
The fu·do name, logo, app design, interface, reference guides, educational content, flavor tools, calculators, copy, illustrations, databases, compilations, and other materials we provide through the Service are protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, extract, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by our Terms & Conditions, by law, or with our prior written permission.
Your content
You retain copyright in content you create and upload, such as tasting notes, photos, reviews, comments, lists, and coffee logs. By submitting content, you grant us the license described in our Terms & Conditions so we can operate, provide, secure, moderate, and improve the Service.
Third-party content and open data
The Service may display, link to, or reference third-party materials, including maps, open data, venue information, roaster information, product listings, storefronts, and user-contributed references. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
OpenStreetMap and other open-data sources are used under their respective licenses. Where attribution is required, it is provided within the Service, in documentation, or where the relevant content appears.
Permitted use
- Personal, non-commercial use of the Service in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
- Sharing screenshots or short excerpts for review, education, commentary, press, or support purposes with attribution to the Service where reasonable.
- Uses that are expressly allowed by applicable law, such as fair use or fair dealing.
Copyright notices
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing and enough information for us to locate it in the Service, such as a URL, username, screenshot, or description.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, contact us with enough information to identify the removed content, your contact information, and a statement explaining why you believe the content was removed in error. We may forward your counter-notice to the person who submitted the original notice where appropriate or required by law.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
