Fudo support
Email support@fudo.fyi and include the email address on your Fudo account, the device and app version you use, and a short description of what happened.
Account access
If a sign-in link does not arrive, check spam and blocked-sender folders, confirm that you entered the right email address, and request a new link. Contact support if you still cannot sign in.
Delete your account
In the app, open Profile → Data & security → Manage account, then choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.
Subscriptions and billing
Use Restore purchases in the app if premium access is missing after a purchase. Cancellations and refunds are managed by the store where you subscribed. Deleting your Fudo account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Report a bug
Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps that reproduce the problem. Screenshots are helpful, but remove private information you do not want to share.
Safety and community reports
Use the in-app report and block controls where available. For urgent account-safety or abusive-content concerns, email support with links or screenshots that identify the content.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-rights requests, email privacy@fudo.fyi.
